Amazon is looking for a dynamic, innovative and accomplished Technical Program Manager to join the Safety, Sustainability, Security, and Compliance teams. We're looking for a proven candidate who can help lead this experience to the next level: helping to shape our roadmap, defining the platform that allows many teams to innovate quickly, and integrating these efforts into a coherent product. Our ideal candidate has great insight into our customers (and the analytic skills to develop these insights), the vision and creativity to find innovative ways to act on these insights, the technical chops to translate those ideas into innovative design, and interpersonal and project management skills to harness the passion and energy of teams across the company to turn their designs into products that will delight our customers.
In this role, the Technical Program Manager will work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, software engineers, Machine Learning scientists, and product teams across Amazon to deeply understand the buyer, seller, and vendor experiences, and drive large cross-org innovations results.
In this role you will:

- Build solutions at Amazon scale, affecting millions of customers
- Have the opportunity to influence all phases of development, from user experience, to service oriented architectures, data stores and data models, and machine-learning effective decision-making

- Work closely with the business to strategize around requirements and help innovate on our platform

· Bachelor€™s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
· 6+ years of technical/ project management experience driving software development, testing, deployment, and support teams.


· Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
· Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
· Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery models
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Experience in global, cross geographical project delivery, coordination, and resource management
· Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
· Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through launch of the project.
