During your tenure as a Manager in Cyber Resilience, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

    \t
  • Ability to leverage an in-depth understanding of the clients strategy to plan and drive the development of impactful and sustainable risk management solutions
  • \t
  • Leverages a strong understanding of clients industry, regulatory requirements, strategy and objectives to prioritize risk events to be monitored and define risk assessment plans
  • \t
  • Guides teams through the development and implementation of risk assessment processes, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative techniques (e.g., benchmarking, probabilistic and non-probabilistic methods) that lead to a comprehensive view of risk areas
  • \t
  • Prepares project plan to meet objectives within established budget and timeline and recognizes when plans should be adjusted to meet objectives
  • \t
  • Prioritizes tasks of the team based on relative importance, delegating to the right resource, based on role, experience, and skill level
  • \t
  • Challenges team members to identify impactful insights to develop recommendations that most effectively support a clients business objectives
  • \t
  • Maintains expert knowledge in the use of data, service line innovation, benchmarks, and business metrics to make critical decisions
  • \t
  • Participates in business and / or industry groups to build knowledge of economic, industry, and market conditions
  • \t
  • Builds personal brand and supports eminence building in chosen industry

  • Understands the larger ecosystem within which the client operates; uses to facilitate discussions about potential solutions to the clients most pressing business problems

  • Incorporates leading practices into the design and implementation of clients enterprise incident response programs

  • Educates client on emerging cyber threat mitigation techniques, relevant cyber threat actors / vectors, and changes in industry / regulatory cyber risk management expectations

  • Supports clients managements efforts to coordinate technical cyber incident response activities
  • \t
  • Incorporates leading practices into the design and implementation of clients enterprise incident response programs
  • \t
  • Challenges clients perspectives on cyber security threats, existing cyber resilience practices, and response plans / capabilities
  • \t
  • Educates client on emerging cyber threat mitigation techniques, relevant cyber threat actors / vectors, and changes in industry / regulatory cyber risk management expectations
  • \t
  • Supports clients managements efforts to coordinate technical cyber incident response activities (for Cyber Incident Response only)
  • \t
  • Assesses the near and long-term business implications of a cyber incident (for Cyber Wargaming only)
  • \t
  • Enables clients stakeholders strategic decision making through translating simulation results into actionable insights

Qualifications:

    \t
  • An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus
  • \t
  • At least 6 to8years of experience in Management Consulting Firm. Experience in big four companies is a plus
  • \t
  • Ability to apply knowledge of structure, functions, and procedures in solving organizational problems and to develop methods for implementing prescribed systems with the capability to predict the effect of changes recommended or instituted.
  • \t
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • \t
  • Willing to work hours as needed to meet client deadlines and firm needs.
  • \t
  • Strong proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
  • \t
  • Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team; ability to sell additional services to clients
  • \t
  • Ability to conduct extensive research
  • \t
  • Full mobility travel
  • \t
  • Mandatory: Bachelors in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Computer/ MIS
  • \t
  • Vendor Specific trainings and certificates such as CCIE, MCSE, MCITP, Symantec Solutions, IBM Solutions, AccessData Solutions, EnCase Solutions (Two or more)
  • \t
  • Vendor Neutral trainings and certificates such as PMP/ PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CSSLP, GWEB, GXPN, GCFE, GCFA, GRID, COBIT and ISO 22301 or others indicating specialist capabilities, are advantageous.
