Program Manager, Instock Manager - Treasure Truck

Are you interested in being the single threaded owner for an E2E process on Treasure Truck, one of Amazon's newest programs? This is an opportunity to join a business focused on surprising and delighting customers in a way that has never been done before, while being the owner of one of our most critical inputs to business success - getting product to our trucks!
In this role, you will have end to end ownership of the inventory from our vendors to end customer. The candidate will have a process focus, a passion for inventing, and an ability to internalize the long-term vision, to design a path of continuous improvement in tools and processes. They will be relentlessly focused on delivering high in-stock rates to delight customers. They will dive deep core drivers of in-stock performance, and proactively identify opportunities to improve tools and work flows.

This person plays a huge role - owning the inventory management processes that will enable customer satisfaction and drive long term business results. This role will require the ability to leverage a broad cross-functional organization of business teams and management partners.

Key Responsibilities:
· Direct responsibility for managing the inventory workflow for the program.
· Lead the integration of innovative solutions to automate and improve our inventory strategies.
· Communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.
· Own business and process improvement for inventory management systems integration with Amazon retail fulfillment networks.
· Work with internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect purchasing and procurement workflows, with emphasis on automating tasks that are currently performed manually.
Treasure Truck is an innovative new retail experience focused on driving awareness, new daily habits, cross shopping, and brand loyalty through physical, rotating experiential vehicles that offer new and existing products to customers.

· Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Planning, Information Systems Management
· 4+ years of experience in Planning, or Inventory Management or equivalent experience such as Consulting, Finance, or Operations


· Superior analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis
· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically
· High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
· Ability to thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
· Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
· Advanced skills or demonstrated aptitude for learning
· Financial analysis skills and an understanding of financial levers and the associated impact in other metrics.
· Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed
· Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a / discipline preferred
