We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and organized Program Manager that can deliver on Amazon's reputation of excellence. To deliver on this reputation for trust the Amazon Flex Fraud and Abuse team is tasked with identifying and preventing fraud and abuse worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced program manager who is a self-starter, comfortable working through ambiguity, leading complex initiatives, and working across teams to investigate and identify opportunities to increase end customer safety. From Day 1, this program manager is given ownership of large products; the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions; and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience.

As the Worldwide Identity Risk and Abuse Program Manager, you will be key in driving investigations to completion stemming from data-driven discoveries as well as escalations from business teams and field operations. You will help build reporting mechanisms, identify opportunities, establish mitigation processes, respond to executive escalations, work with cross-functional partners to communicate issues and progress, and verify that customer-focused fraud and abuse prevention solutions to protect Amazon€™s customers around the globe are implemented. This role requires working closely with teams across Amazon Flex, Loss Prevention, Service and Delivery Support, and Field Operations to carry out the mission of the team. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, threats, and risks. Excellent writing skills, good judgement, and strong analytics competency are essential.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, manage, and communicate fraud programs for internal stakeholders.
·
· Determine strategic working objectives, identify gaps, evaluate, recommend and execute to achieve strategic priorities.
·
· Partner with internal teams to identify problems and real-time solutions, including data analytics and reporting.
·
· Partner with product teams to provide input to products and priorities.
·
· Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for fraud and abuse.
·
· Actively participate in feature launches getting buy-in and supporting operations and support teams.
·
· Creating mechanisms to track feature launches, determine success criteria, and create closed loops for feedback from launches.
·
· Partner with global stakeholders to accommodate country-specific use cases and nuances into your work.
·
· Foster a culture of shared ideas and learning, sharing best practices with relevant teams.
·
· Ensure all fraud and abuse is monitored regularly to meet goals.
·
· Manage multiple complex cross-team projects and investigations end-to-end.
·
· Enable effective investigations and business team escalations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·
· Operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and create structure for the teams and projects you lead.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor€™s degree
· 5+ years of relevant work experience managing large cross-functional initiatives in a program management role
· Demonstrated experience writing reports to leadership with topics that are complex in nature

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with fraud and identity risk
Experience running large scale complex programs
