Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Surface Transportation Fleet Maintenance is seeking a customer-obsessed Program Manager, Fleet Maintenance Vendor Compliance with a strong track record of delivering results in support of our maintenance execution teams. As a Program Manager, you will focus on what matters most in keeping the backbone of our Middle Mile Fleet operational. You will monitor and react to customer needs and feedback, constantly improving and expanding the maintenance experience.

Job responsibilities include:
· Support day-to-day maintenance operations to keep our fleet of assets running at best-in-class uptime levels
· Engage with our third party vendor network to help break down barriers and reduce downtime dwell
· Develop scorecards to track the end-to-end life-cycle of asset repairs to help identify areas of opportunity for process improvement
· Conduct business reviews (daily/monthly/quarterly) with vendors to discuss current priorities and action plans
· Support the prioritization of resources among customers to ensure a positive experience while balancing cost and service levels

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
· 5+ years relevant work experience in program management, maintenance operations, or procurement organization
· Experience in identifying, on-boarding and managing third party vendors and/or suppliers
· Experience in creation of metrics to track SLA€™s (service level agreements)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
· Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau or Microsoft Access
· Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma
· Experience with verbal and written communication with third party organizations
· Familiarity and/or experience with contract negotiation
· Experience with maintenance of various types of transportation equipment (trailers, hostlers, etc.)
