Workswith senior management to ensure that the appropriate corporate tax policies,methods, standards, processes, reporting and training are developed, appliedand understood by impacted stakeholders. Extensive knowledge of Ch. 3, Ch. 4, Ch.61, 871(m) and 1446(f) of the Internal Revenue Code and correspondingregulations, as well as an in-depth knowledge of non-U.S. withholding andreporting issues; including tax reclaims.

RepresentsCorporate Tax in federal, state and international controversy related toInformation Reporting and Withholding and works with legal counsel and externalaccounting firms to gather facts and develop strategies to ensure compliancewith regulations.

Performscomplex research and analysis of the tax law, regulations and cases to providesenior management with recommendations and opinions by applying tax concepts.Once the Corporate Tax policy is determined, then will liaise with variousbusiness across the enterprise to implement the regulations. Perform trainings,vendor reviews and review business requirements and procedures during theimplementation.

Workswith management to identify the most relevant Key Performance Indicators(KPIs). Monitors and manages business performance and reviews and ensuresaccuracy with the metrics tracking mechanisms and develops solutions from theoutcomes of the scorecard reporting.

Oversees,mentors and trains junior tax staff on specific aspects of tax law, taxreporting, and compliance matters.

Nodirect reports. Oversees, advises and guides less experienced Corporate Taxroles and may direct their work.

Responsibilitiesare primarily specialized to address the corporate tax needs for major globalinitiatives, platinum clients, or material events.


BachelorsDegree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

10-12years of total work experience in market risk preferred. Experience in taxcompliance or accounting preferred.
