The ISR&C product line within the R&IS Space Systems Mission Area consists of a very broad and diverse portfolio of contracts with multiple customers and provides the most advanced ISR payloads, instruments, and mission processing for space applications. This position is an integral part of the Space Systems ISR&C
finance leadership team, and requires excellent communication skills to work with the ISR&C leadership team to satisfy all financial deliverables and provide key actionable financial analysis.
Key responsibilities include timely delivery of accurate and compliant internal and external financial and EVMS reports as well as supporting the financial planning and analysis process on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years related financial experience
Experience in EVMS application and maintenance
Skilled in analyzing data and information necessary to ensure financial performance to plan
Ability to effectively analyze EVMS data and communicate information internally and be prepared to respond to EVMS questions from the customer
Utilize leadership and organizational skills in directing and motivating personnel toward common goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
Leadership skills to motivate employees and drive change within program area
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple priorities
Experience preparing presentation packages for executive level review
Proficient computer software skills in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
Active SSBI or TS/SCI security clearance required
Desired Skills:
Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools
Independently create and accurately analyze cost data
Experience comprehending, explaining and developing complex policies in all areas of Financial Management and Accounting
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
Desired Education:
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
