We are currently seeking a Lead, Member Engagement Marketing who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives which create highly personalized and effective marketing strategies for specifically targeted member groups throughout their relationship with Humana, leading to increased member health and increased customer value. Responsibilities The CRM Marketing Lead for Stars will work side-by-side with our Quality Stars business partners to support business goals to impact long term growth strategy (BY2024 and beyond), identify new opportunities and accelerate growth and innovative thinking to drive Stars performance and growth transformation, including member experience and member perception. As a CRM Marketing Lead you will: + Be a strategic thought leader and partner with Stars business partners focused on planning and executing a measureable engagement strategy that accelerate HEDIS growth and Stars Innovation strategies + Deliver marketing strategy for Stars HEDIS and display measures to support current and future Stars opportunities + Develop hypothesis driven experiments to continuously test and measure performance using data and insights to optimize performance and the member experience + Participate in cross-functional, collaborative ecosystem between key business partners, member strategy teams, marketers, and business owners, in order to develop consumer-centric strategies that drive value to the member and the business + Develop and implement holistic, end-to-end engagement marketing strategy to support the enterprise vision of improving health outcomes and creating long-term value for our members while delivering a personalized member experience using: + Data driven insights to deliver engagement strategies including digital marketing channels and mobile + Targeted & personalized interventions at key moments of influence + Align messaging with member needs, wants, and preferences indicated by the member (self-reported) or based on historical engagement + Activate new digital channels for optimized member engagement Required Qualifications + Bachelors degree in Marketing (BSBA) or BA in Marketing Communications (Masters Preferred) + 6-8 years experience in multi-channel integrated marketing strategy and implementation focused on consumer behavior and response conversion + Skilled at synthesizing data from multiple inputs, identifying actionable insights, and moving from opportunity to strategy development to implementation + Prior focus on marketing growth strategies, innovation, test and learn scenarios, and digital marketing + Accustomed to evaluating and communicating data driven marketing performance to inform strategy + Affinity for advanced analytics and data science partners to leverage analytics to drive and optimize engagement and experience + Ability to lead and influence business partners and collaborate in a cross-functional matrixed environment including senior leadership + Demonstrated strategic thought leadership, consulting and system thinking skills + Organized and detail oriented; possessing excellent time management skills + Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, able to communicate at all levels of the organization + Previous relationship management experience in a performance marketing discipline desired + 3-5 years management experience and an ability to grow direct reports Preferred Qualifications + Demonstrate passion for consumer based direct marketing + Excellent planning and organizational skills + Ability to thrive in an agile cross-functional environment, drive decisions and build strong relationships + Experience working with internal and external partners that specialize in campaign architecture, agency creative, digital channels, analytical tools and marketing execution + Self-managing and disciplined; possess the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a large and complex organizational structure + Industry experience focused on Medicare Members and / or Health and Well-being + Experience with Agile marketing Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 About Us Mission: At Humana, our cultural foundation is aligned to helping members achieve their best health by delivering personalized, simplified, whole-person healthcare experiences.
