Executive Recruiting is looking for an experienced leader for the Recruiting Coordination (RC) group. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to provide leadership of RCs. The team works in an energetic, fast-paced recruiting environment. They are one of the key points of contact with the business, maintaining a position of high internal visibility. The RC team is an integral partner in managing both internal and external recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first and lasting impression of Amazon.

The successful candidate will display strong leadership capabilities to build trusted relationships with their team and with key stakeholders alike. They will have exceptional organizational and project management skills, which will allow them to work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates. In addition, the team is looking for someone who thrives on the challenge of helping build a great organization of talented individuals.

In this role, the Manager, Exec Rec Coordination will:
· Train and manage a team of RCs within their assigned business and maintain a balanced resource allocation across the team.
· Own the employee performance cycle and manage the employee review process with leadership.
· Exhibit strong project management and relationship management skills to build trusted relationships with recruiting, business and candidates alike.
· Analyze process and workflows, defining and driving changes where appropriate; foresee potential risk areas.
· Employ strong judgment to determine when to challenge decisions and when to disagree but move forward.
· Coordinate cross-organizational projects to drive process improvements.
· Optimize and support RCs to deliver on established service level agreements (SLAs), handling first line escalations.
· Identify opportunities to improve candidate and hiring manager experience and scheduling efficiencies.
· Schedule up to 50% capacity of a full time RC.

Basic Qualifications
· Previous management or strong experience mentoring peers on a team.
· This position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
· 2-3 years of recruiting, administrative or or project management experience
· Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel)
· Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Bachelor€™s degree required


Preferred Qualifications
· Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.
· Experience with reporting and data analysis to inform decision making.
· Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information and high profile candidates.
· Proven track record of diagnosing and solving complex problems in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties.
· Experience partnering with and influencing a global team and customer base.
