Develop processes and programs to implement Enterprise Risk Management strategy with schools, units and global sites, including identification and prioritization of risks. Maintain a high level of ERM knowledge and methodology to ensure the successful implementation of the ERM program with NYU's schools, units and global sites, including identification and prioritization of risks, coaching and collaboration on risk mitigation plans, partnering with Compliance and Internal Audit on risk mitigation and planning and reporting to senior leadership and boards of trustees. Manage the development of the ERM tracking system to ensure a stable and up to date delivery platform. Develop, plan and implement training for schools and administrative units. Assist Senior Director in setting strategic direction of Insurance and Risk Management department.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education: Master's degree
Required Experience: 10+ years' relevant risk management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience: Managing team of insurance and/or Enterprise Risk Management professionals

Ability to structure and conduct interviews to gather requirements. Analytical skills to analyze the requirements and define scope and deliverables.
